OUR EVENT DATES

WHY ATTEND

Implementing reliable and resilient clinical governance in this climate of change and uncertainty is essential. Moreover, Clinical governance frameworks have evolved in health, wellness and community care that are offered via a variety of novel channels including virtual care, with an increasing emphasis on hospital avoidance and ageing in place. Poor understanding of clinical governance in the context of their services, evolving models of care and the broad regulatory landscape, will expose organisations to significant and unrecognised risk in this environment.

This workshop is designed to help health and care providers, and their governing bodies, design and implement the most appropriate approach bespoke to their organisation for clinical governance and risk management - involving relevant stakeholders in the delivery of safe, high-quality care, while remaining nimble in continuing to evolve service delivery models.

TESTIMONIALS

I thought she did a terrific job of the review and very much appreciated the approach she took to the project, which I acknowledge was a very difficult one.”

We have received positive feedback on her report, in that it is ‘impressive piece of work; very professional, detailed and useful’ and ‘one of the best reports from a consultant’.”

Thank you so much. I could tell by the board’s questions and contemplation they were realising how clinical governance applies far more broadly with more impact than realised.”

Just to say a huge thank you for the training today – feed back on this has been extremely positive and if this could be fed back to Melanie that would be wonderful.”
